Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is processed when visiting VN_MODE, why it is needed, and how a visitor can exercise their rights. The Russian version governs compliance with Russian law.
1. General provisions
This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. The controller processes only information needed to operate and protect the website, respond to visitor-initiated communications, and comply with Russian law.
2. Data processed
• IP address, request date and time, requested URL, response code, and browser or device information sent automatically; • the interface language stored locally in the visitor's browser; • name, contact details, and message content when a visitor contacts the controller through an external channel linked from the website. The website has no public forms, advertising identifiers, web analytics, or visitor profiling.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Data is processed to deliver and secure the website, prevent attacks, diagnose errors, answer visitor-initiated requests, and comply with law. Legal grounds include consent, action requested by the visitor, the controller's legitimate interest in securely operating the site without infringing visitor rights, and legal obligations.
4. Storage and security
Russian citizens' data is initially recorded, organised, and stored on a server in Russia. Web server logs are automatically deleted within 30 days. Communications are retained until their purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless a longer period is required by law. Access is restricted and protected with organisational and technical safeguards.
5. Disclosures
The website is hosted by Russian provider Beget. Data may be disclosed to public authorities only where required by law. It is not sold or provided to advertising networks. External services linked from this website process subsequent activity under their own policies.
6. Visitor rights
A visitor may ask what data is processed, request correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Contact the controller through any official channel on the Contact page. Identity verification may be requested to protect the data.
7. Local storage and cookies
The public website stores only the selected interface language in the browser. It is not used for advertising or tracking. An administrative session cookie is set only after the website owner signs in to the private management area and is inaccessible to page JavaScript.
